At KTODC Online Grocery Private Limited, we only accept returns if the product delivered to you is defective, damaged, or expired. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must inform us on the same day of delivery and share clear images or a video of the damaged product along with the packaging.
Return Conditions:
Return is accepted only for damaged, defective, or expired products.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Photo/video proof is mandatory, taken on the day of delivery.
Product should be unused and in original packaging.

Our team will verify and respond within 12 hours.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery, refunds will be given via bank transfer or store credit.
Replacements:
If available, we prefer to offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements are dispatched within 24 hours of approval.
Not Eligible for Return:
No return for “change of mind” or if reported after 24 hours.
Damaged due to misuse or poor handling post-delivery.
Opened or partially used products.
